Multi-Color Molds 

Fairway is one of a handful of mold makers that have the technical expertise to build a mold that allows more than one color of plastic to be molded. A multi-color plastic product molded in a single operation, with the different colors bonded, has considerable quality and performance advantages over products with different colored parts molded separately and glued together, (e.g., computer keyboard keys).

Multi-Material Molds 

A newer and even more leading edge technology than multi-color molds, multi-material molds allow customers to mold products combining different materials. Similar to the advantages of multi-color molds, products of different materials molded in a single operation have performance and quality advantages over products molded in separate molds and glued together (e.g., rubberized elastomer grips used on shaving razors and toothbrushes).
